Work with me
I audit identity setups, then fix the structure underneath them.
Senior IT security engineer. I run Okta, Jamf and Intune day to day, which means I am fixing this kind of thing whether or not anybody is paying me to.
A tenant, audited
The order of the work.
- Year three. 45 grants, 24 in use, 6 holders of super admin.
- Super admin back down to the two people who need it.
- Every agent scoped to its one job.
- Service accounts cut to what they run on schedule.
- Movers lose the old team's access. Leavers' local logins closed.
- Same company, same work. 24 grants.
The company is made up. The order of the work is not.
Four things I am usually hired for
- 01
Tenant audit
Admin model, authentication policies, group structure, service accounts, and the exceptions nobody remembers granting. You get a list ordered by what actually matters, not by severity score.
- 02
Joiner mover leaver
The process that runs, rather than the document describing one. Provisioning, group logic, and offboarding that completes without somebody remembering to do it.
- 03
Identity for AI agents
Scoping, credentials, rotation, and being able to answer what an agent can reach and how to switch it off. Most teams cannot currently produce the list.
- 04
Device management
Choosing between Jamf, Iru and Intune honestly, then setting it up so one person can maintain it on a Tuesday. Tooling you cannot staff is worse than tooling that is merely adequate.
What I will not do
Sell you a tool. Produce a maturity model. Recommend a rebuild when a week of cleanup would do. If the honest answer is that you do not need me, that is what the first call will tell you.
Thirty minutes. Three clicks. No deck.
Pick a time that suits you, put in your name and email, and it is booked. Nothing to sit through and nobody chasing you afterwards.
